Design, innovation, safety: KASK relies on two strategic partners for its e-commerce
The SPORT Division of KASK, an Italian brand specialized in the production of safety helmets and for a wide range of activities such as cycling, skiing, snowboarding and horse riding has chosen Alpenite & Drop | e-business & love! to create its B2C e-commerce.
This strategic collaboration is based on the common goal of ensuring maximum safety and a flawless shopping experience for KASK customers.
KASK is known for its commitment to attractive design, the use of innovative materials and the integration of advanced technologies into its products. Founded in 2004, the company has become a point of reference in the safety helmet market, covering a wide range of sports disciplines and rescue services. Security is at the heart of KASK's mission and this same attention has now been paid to their new e-commerce.

Alpenite, in the role of digital advisor, supported KASK in its digital transformation roadmap to expand the business also to the B2C market.
In the construction of a plan designed to redefine and structure the processes for the next 3 years, Drop entered the field as a logistics partner and to support all invoicing, customer care services and for the optimization of related processes.

Project activities included the implementation of B2C on Salesforce Commerce Cloud, the implementation of PIM Akeneo and the creation of a B2C CRM. Alpenite guided KASK in the creation of all these processes, thanks to a deep knowledge of the dynamics of the sporting goods industry and the B2C market. Drop was selected by KASK as a strategic partner for the management of logistics, shipping and cross-border issues, Merchant of Record, system integration of KASK's management system with the OMS (order management system) developed by Drop and already integrated with SFCC, and with Customer Care activities on the Salesforce Service Cloud platform.

This partnership between KASK, Alpenite and Drop will allow customers a personalized online shopping experience supported by a digital ecosystem that takes into account all the needs of contemporary consumers.
