Customer Care Assistant
We are looking for a Customer Care Operator who speaks and writes fluently in English and at least one language among French, Spanish, German, Russian, Chinese.
- Provide multilingual assistance via telephone/email to end customers
- Use the Drop CRM system to manage requests (ticket system)
- Interact with colleagues (e-commerce managers, developers, project managers, etc...) in an empathetic and professional manner
- Provide detailed information on the services and products of the managed e-commerce sites
- Supervise the process of purchasing and shipping goods
- Collaborate in resolving any problems in transactions, and in customs and logistics issues
- Excellent knowledge of languages
- Excellent communication and diplomacy skills
- Perfect diction and tone of voice
