Customer Care Assistant

We are looking for a Customer Care Operator who speaks and writes fluently in English and at least one language among French, Spanish, German, Russian, Chinese.

Job description 

  • Provide multilingual assistance via telephone/email to end customers
  • Use the Drop CRM system to manage requests (ticket system)
  • Interact with colleagues (e-commerce managers, developers, project managers, etc...) in an empathetic and professional manner
  • Provide detailed information on the services and products of the managed e-commerce sites
  • Supervise the process of purchasing and shipping goods
  • Collaborate in resolving any problems in transactions, and in customs and logistics issues
