Three fashion brands that have chosen WhatsApp as a direct communication and sales channel with their community.
Three Italian mid-premium fashion brands asked Drop to integrate WhatsApp to bring the e-commerce channel closer to the real needs of customers: 1:1 assistance, style advice, and targeted promotions and highly targeted commercial campaigns. The project started in February 2025 and already generated great results for all three brands.Â
