Three fashion brands that have chosen WhatsApp as a direct communication and sales channel with their community.

Three Italian mid-premium fashion brands asked Drop to integrate WhatsApp to bring the e-commerce channel closer to the real needs of customers: 1:1 assistance, style advice, and targeted promotions and highly targeted commercial campaigns. The project started in February 2025 and already generated great results for all three brands.

  • Activation of TextYess as a conversational AI engine on WhatsApp.

  • Setup of massive broadcast campaigns for collection launches, promotions, and reminders.

  • Implementation of vertical automations on items/categories (back in stock, best seller, news, etc.).

  • 1:1 response management (pre-sales and post-sales) with AI + handover to customer care.

  • Sales tracking integration to attribute revenue and ROAS to the WhatsApp channel.
