Manuel Ritz: the new e-commerce by Drop

All Articles

The Manifattura Paoloni company, owner of the Manuel Ritz brand, once again relies on Drop to renew its online presence through the relaunch of its e-commerce, exploiting the power of replatforming on Shopify Plus and paying particular attention to the user experience (UX) and the user interface (UI).

The fashion brand, famous for its elegant and cool looks has decided to move from the Adobe platform to that of Shopify Plus, a strategic step to take advantage of all the most advanced features of the Canadian platform:
  • introduce a more immediate product search thanks to the support of voice search;
  • make the site mobile first;
  • have a scalable infrastructure that can support the growth of the company over time.
This allowed us to redesign the new user interface (UI) making the purchasing experience more intuitive, engaging and personalized for visitors. Taking up the idea of a fashion magazine to browse, the new Manuel Ritz e-commerce is more interactive and fully reflects its brand identity.
The collaboration between Drop and Manuel Ritz then touches on other process and operational fronts:
  • direct management of logistics through the proprietary Drop Sped interface;
  • integration of the operational flows of the Manuel Ritz warehouse via OMS DROP;
  • high performance in terms of performance and speed guaranteed by best practices in development code;
  • performance marketing;
  • SEO optimization;
  • automation in customer care processes.
For the future, in addition to remaining at the forefront of technological innovation in the fashion sector, Manuel Ritz plans to continue to fully exploit the potential of the new platform, constantly implementing new features and improvements to guarantee a functional shopping experience for its international customers.
